"Can I edit my order? I want to add something before it ships."

Currently, we cannot add items to an order, but we can help you cancel your order and reorder. Please email us at weare2centsshop@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help you.

 

"I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?"

Please email us at weare2centsshop@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help you cancel your order, given that it has not yet gone into production (for pre-order events) or has already shipped.

 

"What should I do if I received the wrong product?"

If you received a product that’s different from the one you originally ordered, we’re sorry about that! Email us at weare2centsshop@gmail.com and we’ll get the correct product sent out to you as soon as possible.

 

"Do you ship worldwide?"

We ship internationally and anywhere within the US! (Shipping fees may vary).

 

"When will my order ship?"

Our fulfillment center ships orders out twice a week. Exclusions apply during sale periods, new product launches, holidays, etc. If your order is part of a pre-order event, the estimate ship date will be displayed on the product page. Transit times will vary depending on shipping chosen at checkout. If you have any questions, please feel free to email weare2centsshop@gmail.com

 

"Can I track my order?"

Yes! Depending on listed ship date, you should receive an email with your tracking number. Once USPS updates the shipping status, you can track your order from our warehouse to your door. For pre-order events please note that tracking info is only sent AFTER production is complete and an order has shipped.

 

"My order says it was delivered, but I never received it."

We’re so sorry! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands, but we will do our best to help you. Contact your local USPS post office; sometimes they mark packages undeliverable and you’ll need to pick it up in person. Our system automatically red-flags any incorrect addresses, but sometimes invalid addresses slip through the cracks and become undeliverable, so be sure to email us at weare2centsshop@gmail.com ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect.

 

"How can I edit my shipping address?"

Email us at weare2centsshop@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll help you change your address before it ships.

 

"Return policy?"
